Movement with Tabisha invites you to a beginner level yoga session to end your week. Join us as we move our bodies and minds. The goal is to prepare participants for week 2 with stretching and yoga in week one.

Week 2 – March 12

Movement with Tabisha invites you to a beginner level dance fitness session, that’s zumba inspired.

About: Tabisha is a Canadian-born entrepreneur and founder of Well-Fit Bond.
Her passion for holistic wellness and movement led to enhancing her development as
an art director, choreographer, and healer.
