We partnered with AGO Youth to bring you SAVED BY THE BELL: AFTER-SCHOOL DJ SERIES.
HellaHelen (Helen C. Saygan) is a Scarborough-based creative who brings soca, old school and modern hip hop/R&B to any space. Mixing at venues like Evergreen Brickworks, Impact Kitchen, and Socialite, she’s your local homegirl who’s always providing good music and good vibes. Ten per cent (10%) of the revenue from her gigs will go to supporting local BIPOC charities and non-profit spaces.
DJ NABZ is a creative and entrepreneur, born and rasied and currently located in Toronto. Nabenah has many influences that have shaped her versatile music collection, from R&B, hip hop, pop, soul, funk, and disco to dance music including house, techno, and drum ‘n’ bass. She is forever inspired by many decades of music from the ’70s to the most current of tunes.
