About:

Introduction to Photography is a weekend workshop laying out the basic foundations of photography. You will get comfortable with learning how to use a DSLR. You will learn how to play with aperture, composition, lighting, subject, colour, motion and more. This workshop focuses on street photography and learning to shoot the elements of the city around you. By the end of the workshop, you will start shooting photographs like a professional. Best of all, you will learn how to take photographs for social media and how to capture a mass following.

Requirements:

  • Open to youth ages 16-29
  • Must attend all classes
  • No experience required
  • Commitment to the arts!
