Students will sharpen their pencils and master the art of a contour line to create form and beauty through fashion illustration. The course will begin with tackling proportions and understanding human anatomy, facial features and an overall gesture. Once this is achieved, students will begin to develop their own style of rendering while experimenting with a variety of media. The end goal will be to stylize a figurative form to create attitude, sass and plenty of fashionable flair.
Start date: Monday March 28, 2022
End date: Monday May 23, 2022

Program length: 8 weeks (no class on April 18, 2022)
